Logging a Payment
To log a repayment, users with the “Create Payments” permission should:
1. From the Loan page, copy the loan code for the relevant loan.
2. Go to Payments in the sidebar.
On the Payments page, click the Add New Payment button in the top-right corner, paste the loan code into the search field, and initiate the search.



Fill in all required information and select a payment plan.
Choose the appropriate payment type:
- Repayment: A standard installment in the series of loan repayments.
- Refund: Returning funds to Lendastack, as the loan is no longer needed.
- Reversal: A refund from the bank due to a processing error or other issue.
- Settlement: To fully clear the loan balance before the final due date.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon successful payment.

Remita Inflight Collection #
To use this feature for collection, a business must first register with Remita. Following registration, Remita will provide a set of credentials required to configure the feature within our application.
These credentials, a set of access codes and a user ID provided by Remita are entered into our system to establish a direct connection with their service.
The required credentials are as follows:
- Username
- Merchant ID
- Service Type ID
- API Key
- API Token
Using the Feature for a Loan Application
After the configuration is complete, users can proceed with a loan application.
After the configuration is complete, users can proceed with a loan application.
While creating a loan, fill in all the necessary details on the application form. Then, scroll to the bottom of the form and click Continue with Remita. This action will load a confirmation modal.
Input the salary account details and click the button labeled “Get customer details from Remita”.
Once the modal opens, the user will see the displayed Salary and Loan History.
After configuration has been setup, Kindly proceed to loan application
Scroll down and provide the following details as listed below:
1. Date of Employment
2. Phone Number
3. Residential Address
4. Disbursement Bank Account: The salary account details will be displayed for verification.
Once the information is entered, click the Submit Application Pool button.
After Claiming the Application
Open the loan application and navigate to the Third-Party Analysis section, indicated by a blinking toggle. Click this blinking toggle to drill down for further details.
Once on the Third-Party Analysis page, the user will see three tabs:
- Bank Statement
- Inflight (Remita)
- Credit Checks
Click the Inflight (Remita) tab to view the client information provided by Remita, which is required for review.
