Initiating A New Loan #
To create a new loan for a client users with the permission Create Loan Application, can navigate to Loan Module, using the all Modules option at the top of your sidebar if you’re already in a Module or by choosing it from the modules displayed to you upon logging into Lenda.
When in Loan Module, click on the Loan Application option in the sidebar, once you are there, click on the Add New button on the top right corner of the page.
When in the Add new page, click on Add Customer Here, this action pops up a modal with a text area asking for a Unique ID, Phone number, or Email address. One of these details is required to register the user or to search if the user already exists.
If a user already exists, the user’s details are displayed just below the current page, click on the Select option and continue registration from the next page.
If the user does not exist, click on the Add New Customer button and continue registration from the next page.
A short Bio-data form is displayed in which all required(*) fields must be filled. Subsequently, a three-page form is displayed.
Each page has a set of required fields that must be filled before moving to the next page. After filling all required fields on the forms, the loan application is ready to be submitted.
There are few submission options,
- Save application to draft
- Submit application
- Submit application to Pool
Click on the best option you deem fit for the application.
Reviewing A Loan Application #
Once a loan application has been claimed, users with the Review Claimed Applications permission can review the application by navigating to the Reviewer Comment column & entering their transaction pin. Where the users choose to approve the application, it then goes to the Disbursement Pool.
