After a loan application is claimed, reviewed, and approved, it is moved to the Disbursement Pool.
Users with the “Claim Applications – Disbursement Pool” permission can claim loans from this pool by navigating to Pool in the sidebar and clicking on Disbursement Pool.
On the Disbursement Pool page, select a loan and click either the Create Batch or Claim button.
A confirmation modal will appear, requesting your Transaction PIN. Enter your PIN and click Create Batch. This action sends the loan application to the Disbursement Batch page.
