After a loan application is claimed, reviewed and approved, it goes into the Disbursement Pool. Users with the permission Claim Applications – Disbursement Pool can claim it from the Disbursement Pool by going to Pool in the sidebar & clicking on Disbursement Pool.
When in the Disbursement Pool, select the loan and either click on the Create Batch button or Claim button.
Once this is done, a modal pops up asking for a transaction pin to confirm the action. Enter transaction pin and click on Create Batch, this sends the loan application to the Disbursement Batch Page.
