Claiming A Loan Application #
After a loan application is submitted both from a client portal and within Lenda and depending on your settings, it may go into the Application Pool. Users with the permission Claim Applications – Applications Pool can claim it from the Application Pool by going to Pool in the sidebar & clicking on Application Pool.
They should see a list of the loan applications with a Claim button. By using this button and entering their transaction pin, users can claim an application & have it moved to the Claimed Applications part of the side-bar.
