The loan application is sent to the application pool upon successful submission. Users with permission to View All Loan Applications can navigate to the application pool through the sidebar, click on the Pool under Dashboard in the main section.
Once you are on the Application Pool, select the applied loans and click on Claim Loan. A modal pops up upon clicking the claim loan button, your Transaction Pin is required to claim the selected loans.
