Users can navigate to the sidebar and click Pool under the Dashboard section.
The Pool contains two main tabs: Application Pool and Disbursement Pool. Users with the appropriate permissions can view and manage applications within these tabs.
Application Pool
The is where all loans awaiting decisions are displayed. Once a loan is booked and sent to the application pool, it remains here until it is either claimed or deactivated.
Disbursement Pool
The Disbursement Pool is where loans that are ready to be disbursed are moved for final processing.
Users with the appropriate permission can claim loans, create a batch from this pool by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Disbursement Pool tab.
- Locate the loan you wish to process.
- Click the Claim.
- Enter Transaction PIN to complete the process and create a batch.
This action sends the loan to Disbursement Batch.
