- Active Short-Term Placements – Running short-term investments, including matured but not yet liquidated ones.
- Liquidated – Short-term placements that have been fully liquidated and paid out.
- Closed Investments – Short-term investments that were terminated manually or reached end of life.
Adding a new short-term placement.
1, – Click on add new
– A modal will appear prompting you to fill all the required fields, such as:
. Placement type
. Placement amount
. Placement rate
. Placement Tenor
. Placement Date
. Cash or Bank account (Where the investment amount is to be received)
2, Fill all required filled and click on the submit button
3, A new short-term placement will be created
How to liquidate Short-term placement
1, locate active or mature short-term placement
2, click on the view to see the following:
- Short term placement Code
- Request date
- Request By
- Liquidation date
- Liquidation amount
3, At the bottom of the modal click on liquidation button
4, Approve or deny short term liquidation request (requires permission + PIN).
Closed short term placement
Closed short term placement refer to short term investments that have completed their lifecycle and have been officially concluded on the system.
These are investments that:
- Were liquidated and fully settled, or
- Reached maturity and were processed out, or
They serve as historical records and cannot be modified.
